occurs when the eyes shift without thinking about it,

CENTRAL-FIXATION (CENTRALIZING) COMPLETELY, AUTOMATICALLY
'ON THEIR OWN' FOR VERY CLEAR EYESIGHT AND PERFECT

The feather above
on the left < is used similar to the thin feathers shown
in the previous pictures. The feather's pointed end traces
and shifts on objects. The effect of larger feathers can
be more relaxing due to producing a softer, more
effortless sweeping effect but great relaxation can be
obtained with all the feathers. The feather on the right >
is used with less to no thought of central-fixation or
tracing on edges of objects. This feather just easily
sweeps over objects, parts of objects. The eyes, vision do
central-fixation completely natural, on their own without
thinking about it. Just sweep or paint the scenery, like a
fun game. I do this riding on the city bus, train;
sweeping over trees, houses, the skyline... The eyes,
mind, neck becomes so relaxed the eyes function perfectly.
Vision is super clear. You can also imagine the Big Fluffy
Feather has one tiny feather piece on the end, in the eyes
central field shifting on small and tiny parts of objects.
The fluffy feather practice, effects can also be
accomplished when using the thinner feathers as long as
relaxation, 'no effort' is maintained. Some people
state that using the feather is not completely
natural eye function. I disagree; If you use it as
a child's game, for fun, without trying to see
clear, without thinking about the eyes, no control
their function; it brings perfect relaxation, deep
or active dynamic relaxation and very clear
vision. The result is completely natural eye,
visual system function. |
NOSEFEATHER DIRECTIONS
NATURAL EYESIGHT IMPROVEMENT TEACHERS GET THEIR STUDENTS TO SHIFT THE EYES BY IMAGINING THERE IS
A THIN, LIGHTWEIGHT, FLEXIBLE, SOFT FEATHER ATTACHED TO THE END OF THE NOSE. (THE NOSEFEATHER). (SEE
PICTURES ABOVE).
THE FEATHER IS THIN AND THE (FEATHERED) END OF THE NOSEFEATHER FORMS INTO A SMALL POINT.
(FOR THE LARGER FLUFFY FEATHERS, SEE ADDITIONAL

END OF THE FEATHER EXTENDS OUTWARD FROM THE NOSE AND BENDS UP AND TOUCHES THE PART OF THE OBJECT THE EYES ARE LOOKING AT,
IN THE
CENTER OF THE VISUAL FIELD, BETWEEN THE EYES,
AT EYE LEVEL. THE EYES
(VISUAL ATTENTION) AND NOSEFEATHER ARE
ALWAYS ON THE SAME POINT. DO NOT PLACE THE POINTED END OF THE FEATHER ON THE OBJECT AT NOSE LEVEL AND DO NOT LOOK DOWN
AT THE OBJECT AT NOSE LEVEL. LOOKING DOWN TO NOSE LEVEL IS INCORRECT CENTRAL FIXATION. KEEP CORRECT CENTRAL FIXATION;
KEEP THE EYES, VISUAL ATTENTION AND END OF THE FEATHER ON THE OBJECT AT EYE LEVEL.

THE HEAD/FACE, NOSE/END OF THE FEATHER AND BODY WITH THE EYES AS THE EYES SHIFT AND TRACE ON A OBJECT AND SHIFT FROM OBJECT
TO OBJECT IN THE VISUAL FIELD. THE EYES, HEAD, FACE, NOSEFEATHER AND BODY MOVE TOGETHER, IN SYNCHRONIZATION, SAME TIME,
IN THE SAME
DIRECTION. FLOWING, EASY, RELAXED. AS THE STUDENT MOVES THE END OF THE FEATHER FROM PART TO PART ON OBJECTS AND FROM OBJECT TO OBJECT, THIS KEEPS THE EYES MOVING,
'SHIFTING' AND EYESIGHT CLEAR. THE SOFT EASY MOVEMENT OF THE FEATHER IS SOOTHING, RELAXING TO THE EYES, MIND AND BODY.
IT ALSO LOOSENS UP, RELAXES AND BRINGS MOBILITY TO THE
NECK. THE END OF THE FEATHER TOUCHES OBJECTS, PARTS OF OBJECTS IN THE CENTER OF THE VISUAL FIELD. THIS ACTIVATES ANOTHER CORRECT VISION HABIT; CENTRAL FIXATION = USING AND SEEING

ONES TEACH TRACING WRONG. THEY DRAW THE DOTTED LINE
AROUND, AWAY FROM THE OBJECT. TRACING AWAY FROM THE OBJECT
OF VISUAL ATTENTION IS ECCENTRIC-FIXATION, DIFFUSION;
TRYING TO SEE TWO OBJECTS OR PARTS AT THE SAME TIME. THIS
CAUSES UNCLEAR VISION. IT'S THE OPPOSITE OF
CENTRAL-FIXATION. DR. BATES TEACHES THIS IN HIS BOOK AND
BETTER EYESIGHT MAGAZINE. SO; ALWAYS TRACE DIRECTLY
ON/ALONG THE EDGE OF THE
OBJECT, PART FOR PERFECT CENTRAL-FIXATION. DO IT RELAXED,
EASY, WITHOUT TENSION. SEE PICTURES.
BLINK, BREATHE AND
RELAX. BREATHE ABDOMINALLY; TAKE A NICE DEEP, SLOW, COMFORTABLE BREATH AND RELAX, THINK A POSITIVE THOUGHT.
(SEE BREATHING CHAPTER --) WHEN THE MIND IS RELAXED, DRIFTING FROM ONE PLEASANT THOUGHT TO ANOTHER, THE EYE MUSCLES AND

USE THE MEMORY AND IMAGINATION
TRACE AND SHIFT ON A OBJECT, PARTS OF THE OBJECT WITH THE NOSEFEATHER AND REMEMBER, IMAGINE AND SEE
THE OBJECT CLEAR WITH THE EYES OPEN, CLOSED, OPEN.
PRACTICE SHIFTING, THEN; FORGET ABOUT THE EYES AND LET THE EYES SHIFT ON THEIR OWN. NOTICE FLASHES
OF CLEAR EYESIGHT AND HOW THE MIND, BODY, EYES FEEL WHEN FUNCTIONING CORRECT, WITH CLEAR VISION. SHIFTING IS PRACTICED
TO ACTIVATE NATURAL PERFECT EYE MOVEMENT. WITH PRACTICE SHIFTING WILL OCCUR ON ITS OWN, AUTOMATICALLY AND FLASHES
OF CLEAR EYESIGHT WILL OCCUR MORE OFTEN, LAST LONGER AND BE PERMANENT.
IF THE STUDENT NEEDS EYEGLASSES FOR DRIVING, OTHER ACTIVITIES AS VISION IS
IMPROVING; CONTINUE TO PRACTICE CORRECT VISION HABITS WHEN WEARING THE GLASSES AND WEAR REDUCED LENSES. SEE
CHAPTER 5. HERE IS ANOTHER EXAMPLE
OF CORRECT TRACING WITH THE EYES AND NOSEFEATHER.
ALWAYS LOOK AT, TRACE DIRECTLY ON THE EDGE OF THE OBJECT
OR PARTS OF THE OBJECT. AVOID TRACING AWAY FROM THE EDGE. SOME STUDENTS TRACE IN THE AIR, OR ON A DIFFERENT OBJECT
AWAY FROM THE EDGE OF THE OBJECT THEY WANT TO SEE. THIS CAUSES DIFFUSION, STRAIN, PREVENTS CENTRAL FIXATION. ALWAYS
LOOK AT, TRACE DIRECTLY ON THE OBJECT . SEE EXAMPLE IN PICTURES OF YELLOW KITTY;
Shift part to part on objects at different distances; The fence, then the tree, then back to the
fence, then the tree, then shift on the far distant mountains, then back to the tree or fence... Practice with both
eyes together, one eye at a time, both eyes together again. If one eye has less clear vision; practice a little more
with that eye. Then end with both eyes together again. More

This
chapter and understanding
central-fixation, relaxation, memory-imagination and a few
other practices and stopping use of eyeglasses is the
secret for obtaining clear eyesight.
Avoid teachers that make this complicated, sell multiple
classes, hide the training and Dr. Bates books, Better
Eyesight Magazines in an attempt to get control of your
wallet.
